Delicious, relaxing, affordable dining in the historic downtown of Belfast. Darby’s was built in
1865 and has operated continuously as a bar or restaurant for 140
years. Gail and Jerry Savitz bought and restored it in 1985.
The walls, tin ceiling and antique bar are original. We serve
international country cuisine. Our dishes are made from scratch
using fresh local produce, seafood, meat and poultry, freshly made
bread and delicious homemade desserts. Daily specials include
a low carb selection, fresh catch, pasta dish, chef's whim, soups,
chowders and more! Our full bar features fine wines, local, domestic
and imported beers, and a fine selection of single malt whiskys. Our
bar specialty is the Don Quixote
and Sancho Panza Marguerita.
We
serve lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Dinner reservations are recommended. (207)338-2339
